Shipping, delivery & returns
SHIPPING & DELIVERY: We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, and all orders will be dispatched within 3 days of purchase. Once your order has been sent, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please get in touch and we'll be happy to provide your tracking details. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Most international orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. To check the status of your delivery, please visit the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking number.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT VAT: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import VAT. As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges.
RETURNS: Sales are final and we do not accept returns. All of our items have lived a life before reaching you, therefore signs of wear and minor flaws are part of the story and charm. Please carefully check all images of the item you're purchasing, as well as the description and measurements. We're always happy to answer questions about sizing, condition, or any other details- just send us an email or message before placing your order. If, on the rare occasion you have received an item you believe is significantly not as described, please contact us via email with your order number and photo evidence so we can investigate and come to a conclusion thereafter. Please do so within a week of receiving your order. If your return claim is accepted, you must ship the item(s) back to AMPM within 7 days using a tracked method of shipping, at your own cost. Once the item has been returned and checked, you will be refunded in full (minus the original shipping cost) to your original payment method.
